Abstract
This publication is a corrigendum to an original article examining the protective effects of hydrogen-rich water on spermatogenesis in rats rendered obese through a high-fat diet, previously published in Toxicology and Applied Pharmacology (Volume 499, June 2025, article 117334). The notice provides corrections to the original manuscript. No new experimental data are presented in this erratum.

Delivery context
Hydrogen-rich water is a low-risk delivery route, but the achievable systemic hydrogen dose is bounded. For clinical applications, inhalation is the most efficient route; inhalation, however, carries explosion risk, and concentration matters (empirical LFL of 10% applies to inhalation environments; high-concentration devices are documented in the Consumer Affairs Agency accident database and are not recommended).
